ClimbKilimanjaro is an informational platform that helps users research Kilimanjaro climbing routes, take a route-recommendation quiz, and connect with third-party tour operators. We are not a tour operator, travel agency, or booking platform. We act solely as an information and introductory service.

3. No Liability for Information Accuracy

While we endeavour to keep information accurate and up to date, we make no representations, warranties, or guarantees, whether express or implied, that any content on the Site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Mountain conditions, park regulations, route availability, pricing, and health risks can change without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ClimbKilimanjaro, its owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates expressly disclaim all liability and responsibility for any loss, injury, claim, damage, or adverse outcome — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive — arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your reliance on any information provided on the Site
• Any inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in the content
• Any decisions you make based on route recommendations, quiz results, health guidance, fitness advice, packing suggestions, or any other content on the Site
• Your interaction with or engagement of any tour operator introduced through the Site
• Any injury, illness, death, property damage, or financial loss experienced during the planning, travel to, ascent of, or descent from Mount Kilimanjaro or any related activity
• The conduct, services, pricing, or performance of any third-party tour operator

You acknowledge and agree that climbing Mount Kilimanjaro is an inherently dangerous activity involving serious risks including but not limited to altitude sickness, severe weather, falls, rockfall, hypothermia, and death. You undertake any such activity entirely at your own risk.

4. Not Professional Advice

Nothing on this Site constitutes professional medical, fitness, legal, financial, or travel advice. Content relating to health, altitude sickness, medication, fitness training, nutrition, insurance, visas, or costs is for general guidance only. You should always consult qualified professionals (including your doctor, a certified mountain guide, and a licensed travel advisor) before planning or undertaking a Kilimanjaro climb.

5. Third-Party Tour Operators

When you request a quote through the Site, we introduce you to independent, third-party tour operators. We do not employ, control, endorse, or guarantee any operator. Any contract or arrangement you enter into with an operator is solely between you and that operator. We are not a party to any such agreement and accept no liability for the acts, omissions, negligence, or default of any operator, including but not limited to:

• Quality, safety, or standard of services provided
• Cancellations, delays, or changes to itineraries
• Injuries, illness, or death occurring during a climb
• Financial loss, including non-refunded payments
• Accuracy of operator-provided information or pricing

6. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
